Description
This terracotta interlocking plain roof tile vent from Manthorpe has been designed to replace three plain roof tiles with no need to cut the roof battens. Providing a quick and simple solution to the problems of roof space ventilation and mechanical extraction / soil stack termination through a plain tiled roof, this tile vent maintains a constant airflow gap of 7,000 mm² whilst channelling any water ingress out of the tile vent and on to the roof covering below, with the 4mm louvred grille and placed to prevent the entry of debris and large nesting insects.
