Fibreglass roofing chopped strand matting is used to reinforce GRP fibreglass most commonly in construction specifically flat roofing.

A chopped strand matt, sometimes referred to as a CSM is made up of strands of fibreglass which are bound together in random directions. Creating a fabric that can easily be moulded to a variety of shapes.

The chopped strand mat will be laid onto a layer of resin, which is coated with another layer of resin, which when dry creates a strong, durable surface that has excellent resistance to the elements.
