Designed for internal or external use, the low modulus sealant will adhere to most common building materials without the need for primer. Weatherproof, the Ulti-Mate silicone sealant is suitable for a wide range of applications.

Perfect for sealing around doors and windows, the Ulti-Mate remains permanently flexible for up to twenty-five years and can accommodate movement of up to 30%. It can also be used to fix mirrors, glazing systems, cap beading, and glass.

For best results ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease before application. In order to protect its shelf life, the Ulti-Mate silicone sealant should be stored in cool, dry conditions and protected from frost.
